the hotel's location was convenient. i found the proximity to the metro and the champs-élysées to be very beneficial. it made getting around and exploring the area easy. i also thought the buffet breakfast had a good selection of items.
i noticed some minor noise from nearby rooms late at night.

The check-in process was not good. The room was not ready. The receptionist forgot to return my passport (I had to ask for it).
